Jeff Baugus is the Owner of The Ripple Effects, President of Insurancebeacon.com, owner of Tax Beacon, A Senior Loan Officer with Citywide Home Loans, and a partner with JSJV Properties. Having been self-employed for more than 20 years, Jeff has extensive knowledge in all areas of small business including mergers and acquisition. He has a BSBA in Finance, an MBA, and is a Certified Insurance Counselor, Certified Risk Manager, and a Certified Mortgage Advisor. "I am excited to help support Christian businesses that support their local church mission in any way I can. Working together and by pooling our resources we can accomplish so much more for the Kingdom!"

Jeff has been involved in various aspects of ministry including worship, eldership, and church finance for many years. He is a native of Tempe, AZ and grew up in Sweethome, OR. He has been married to his wife Vicki for more than 20 years and they have four kids, Morgan, Justin, Ashley and Kaitlyn.

Jeni Barbush is a Business Advisor for The Ripple Effects and Marketing Director for InsuranceBeacon. com. Additionally, she has supported marketing in the mortgage, tax, construction and non-profit industries for the past 8 years. Jeni has a BS in Education and taught elementary school for 5 years prior to her marketing experience. Jeni has created and implemented new strategies that have directly related to growth and forward progress. "My heart is for people... to love them, learn from them and to help them by using the talents God gave me. I am eager to be able to be a part of something I feel so passionate about."

Jeni has been involved in various aspects of ministry including women's ministry leadership, neighborhood group leader and children's ministry volunteer for many years. She is originally from Broken Arrow, OK. She has been married to her husband, Troy for 8 years and they have two kids, Gracey and Cael.

Cory Olson is a Customer Service Representative for The Ripple Effects and Loan Officer Assistant for Citywide Home Loans. Additionally, she has freelanced in web and graphic design for the past 4 years. Cory has an Associates degree in Graphic Design, where she worked for a company for over 10 years, learning skills in web design as well. "I love to use my gifts and talents to help others make an impact on the world with their own business needs."
Cory is currently using her time and talents with administration for loveSTRONG ministries. She creates all the graphic material for the events and retreats. She updates the website and all the social media aspects for marketing the events. She has been involved in various aspects of ministry including children's ministry volunteer and teacher, front desk help, and community projects for the churches. She is an original native to Arizona. She has been married to her husband, Brian for over 11 years and they have two kids, Lindsey and Dylan.
