Jeff Baugus is the Owner of The Ripple Effects, President of Insurancebeacon.com, owner of Tax Beacon, A Senior Loan Officer with Citywide Home Loans, and a partner with JSJV Properties. Having been self-employed for more than 20 years, Jeff has extensive knowledge in all areas of small business including mergers and acquisition. He has a BSBA in Finance, an MBA, and is a Certified Insurance Counselor, Certified Risk Manager, and a Certified Mortgage Advisor. "I am excited to help support Christian businesses that support their local church mission in any way I can. Working together and by pooling our resources we can accomplish so much more for the Kingdom!"

Jeff has been involved in various aspects of ministry including worship, eldership, and church finance for many years. He is a native of Tempe, AZ and grew up in Sweethome, OR. He has been married to his wife Vicki for more than 20 years and they have four kids, Morgan, Justin, Ashley and Kaitlyn.

Vicki Baugus brings the team a tremendous amount of experience in business and church administration. She has been in Church Ministry for many years serving in every volunteer position from nursery, toddlers, children's, junior high, high school, to being Women's Ministry Director for several years at Parkway Christian Church. Vicki left the business world in 2007 to join the Parkway staff fulltime as Executive Director where she handled several critical elements of church management including budgeting, staff management, seeing the church through a building campaign, and through a merge with Christ's Church of the Valley (CCV). On the Christ's Church of the Valley staff, she became the Stewardship Director launching the Stewardship Ministry at CCV, as well as Campus Operations Director overseeing operations on the Surprise Campus.

She also teaches Intern classes, budgeting classes as needed and a Life Training class at CCV.

"My life verse is Colossians 3:23 - Work willingly at whatever you do, as though you were working for the Lord rather than for people. To serve the Lord in whatever I do - that is success for me." Vicki has a BSBA in Marketing and beside co owning and managing several companies with her husband, she also gained extensive experience working for Time Warner for 9 years fresh out of college. She started as a customer service rep and quickly moved up to the marketing manager for 5 cable systems and then to Office Management overseeing the sales department and training for teams of customer service Reps, telemarketers and direct sales reps. She also directed her team through an acquisition from Time Warner Cable to NPG Cable during this time. This, coupled, with her church administration experience, is a great asset to TRE. Vicki is originally from Fort Worth, Texas and has been married for more than 20 years to her husband Jeff. They have 4 kids - Morgan, Justin, Ashley and Kaitlyn.
