The Ripple Effects, LLC business listing terms and use:

1. Business members agree to perform business duties with high integrity and to be fair to all parties concerned. Members agree that we are all held to a higher standard and represent the Kingdom in all that we do.
2. Business member agrees to serve God with their Time, Talents, and Treasure. Each member must provide proof of these in these in the following ways:
   • a) The member will agree to a statement of service for serving with their time and talents.
   • b) The member will agree to proof of financial stewardship in one of the following ways:
   • i) Submit a giving statement from their local church.
   • ii) Have a church administrator simply state in writing that they are a member in good standing and financially contribute to the ministry. This may be a simple statement saying "John Smith/Jane Doe is a member of our church in good standing and a financial contributor to our ministry" that is signed on letterhead by a church administrator from your local church and dated accordingly.
3. Being listed in the business directory is in no way an indication that the church, the church staff, members of the church, or The Ripple Effects, LLC are endorsing or recommending any business.
4. The business member agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the churches, church staff, and the church members represented on The Ripple Effects website and The Ripple Effects, LLC from any loss, liability, damage or cost that may arise out of the use of the directory and or services or products provided by the business or acts, errors, or omissions by the business or representatives of the business, as well as any copyright infringement. Member agrees to never include on their listing any image, text, videos or anything else that might infringe on copyright or trademark laws.
5. The Ripple Effects reserves the right to reject or remove a business listing at any time. If the listing is rejected and already paid a full refund will be given. If a listing is removed a pro-rated refund will be given.
6. Your membership can be cancelled at anytime. You will be given a pro-rata refund from the date of the cancellation through the end of your 12 month term. Please allow 2 -3 weeks for processing.
